The Scope of the Course
To acquire the basic knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics used in conservation of works of art and archaeological objects.
Course objectives
To understand the basic knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics used in conservation of works of art and archaeological objects such as applied mathematics, construction and interpretation of graphs, units and conversions between different measurement systems, properties of the electromagnetic spectrum, chemical laboratory equipment, reagent labels reading, preparing solutions of different concentrations.
